Facility Note 10/09/08 - BP West Coast Products wrote saying that they ae no longer the owners (around 7/5/07). Supposedly the new owners faxed in a change of owner application but as far as I'm aware we did not receive it or the money required to process the application. The permit was inactivated on July 5, 2007, a month after the expiration date on the permit. An inspector went out this year and found that they were operating. The new owners are Aujla and Blythe LLC (ARCO Gas Station). Steve Jenkins gave them an NOV for operating without a permit. Today we received an application for a change of owner with a fee of $125. Alan De Salvio will be reactivating this permit and the NOV is supposed to collect the back fees. Barbara Weese 1/29/09 When checking the status of this permit I found the permit had been reactivated and APRPAID on 12/10/08.
