Jack Consol came to the office sometime in May or June of 2005 and tried to apply for an application for this facility. He closed out the a site in Phelan where the tank had come from and stayed here filling out an application with Patti Deer and I. We had to ask him to take the application back with him because he did not have a check to pay for the application fees and as of this date we have not received an application or check. 7/22/05 I spoke with Jeffrey Phillips and he will be contacting Mr. Consol and will try and get everything straightened out. Alan De Salvio has requested that I create a facility for Lucerne Valley Dept of Forestry so that the next time this subject comes up there will be a little history available.
7/31/08 Rec'd a call from Lucerne Valley Fire saying they lost their permit in the wind. They also said that the address we have for them is not correct that it should be 33271 Hwy 247 not 33679 Hwy 247. I'm not making any changes until I see something in writing. Barbara Weese
