Had assigned Company number 8152 before new system started. Transfered several facilities first to Equilon (Co# 1144), then some of those (AV facilities) were transfered to Equiva Services (Co# 1257).
Rec'd a letter from Shell Oil Products US dated 11/08/06. They stated that the renewing of permits should be addressed to Gilbarco Veeder-Root FMS. The letter was from Michelle Kennedy-Ponce their Permit Coordinator. (310-816-2207) There is only one facility open as of this date. 11/13/06 Barb Weese
11/15/06 It turns out that this co/fac should not have any change to the mailing address per Angela Vigil, Compliance Analyst at Gilbarco Veeder Root. She said that the change to the mailing address is for Shell permits where the owner/operator name is Equilon Enterprises, LLC (co# 1144). Barbara Weese
