Facility Note 2/13/08 I just received a return call from the Town of Apple Valley Engineering Department. The lady told me that the correct address for Apple Valley Ranchos Well #33 is 12297 Apple Valley Road and that Lowe�s is 12189 Apple Valley Road, Apple Valley. The Well was there before Lowe�s, but was only on a very small part of the parcel. This did not explain why they both ended up with the same number, but at least we have two different addresses now. Barbara W. 2/14/08 I�m sorry but I have to revisit this subject. I just received a call from Jeff of Apple Valley Ranchos Water Co Well #33. He said that the address of 12189 Apple Valley Rd, is on all of the documents ie. Electric bill, tax bills as this address and he is not going to change it from what I understood. He has always used �Rd� instead of spelling out the word Road. He also said we can use the description of NE Corner of this address is we want to. I need to go back in and change PTBS back to the original address but wanted to know if just having �Rd� is enough or do I need to put 12189 Apple Valley Rd/ NE Corner in the address.
