4/9/01 Ironwood and Chuckawalla both wanted separate mailing addresses. So a new company was created for Chuckawalla. It was 011, but now its 1392.

Jim Grimes was not the contact on the last few inspections Robert Holts, the Fire Chief was so the contace name on the address was changed. BW
